On Sunday, 15 October 2017, I am running my first Marathon… I like testing myself but I am actually really nervous about this massive challenge. But, it is the reason I am running the marathon that keeps me focused. I am raising money for the Indigenous Marathon Foundation.
The IMF is a wonderful organisation that promotes active and healthy lifestyles in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities – using the Marathon as a tool for developing goals, confidence and health promotion.
Your donation will support their amazing programs, and help inspire me across the line (whatever state I am in by the 42km mark…).
My name is Benson. I am constantly inspired by bright sparks and curious minds. For the past few years, I have been writing and speaking about ideas that I find interesting or help me make sense of the world around me.
Concepts of leadership, values and courage often occupy my mind. I wonder how we develop them in our society, our communities and workplaces. To explore these, I have travelled, meet with people from diverse backgrounds and tired to implement my theories in my own life and workplaces.
Now. Here. This.
Conversations with thinkers, doers and creators on faith purpose and meaning.
