It has been 24 months since I started blogging, it has reached 23,000 views and over the past 8months I have struggled to pull together any form of meaningful blog and it is for this reason I have decided to ‘relaunch’ my blog.
Thank you to all the people that have subscribed, commented on or shared my blog over the past two years – your support means a lot and I hope you will continue to read and enjoy my posts.
As Director of the National Indigenous Youth Leadership Academy, I have had a wonderful past 6 months developing our programs and rolling out our ‘Stand Strong, Stand Together’ Leadership Forums with our small and passionate team. We engage Indigenous students in years 10, 11 and 12 to further develop their leadership skills, gain a deeper understanding of their personal values and to lead positive change at a national level.
I will be blogging about our NIYLA adventures, youth leadership and issues impacting Australia – also anything fun or exciting that happens during the month.
